DETAILS ON BOOKING THIS CONDO

Please see the calendar which also shows our current nightly rates. There are "forward" and "back" arrows at the top of the page to move through the calendar. The rates are less than what it would be if you booked through our ad on VRBO or AirBnB. You are saving their fees. If you want to book further out than what the calendar shows, please call me. Maximum total guests allowed are 6 (not including children under 2 years). The nightly rate is based on 4 guests. There is an extra charge of $15 per guest, per night, for the 5th and 6th guests. No extra charge for children 2 years and under. We have a crib, high chair, stroller, pack-n-play, booster seat, sand toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear, games for adults and children.

Minimum stays vary. You can book just 2 nights if they are open. There is a $295 cleaning fee no matter what the length of the stay. That is set by our cleaning company. We charge a $10 per night property fee. Christmas Holiday is a minimum of 14 nights. Dates are flexible. Thanksgiving Holiday is for a minimum of 7 nights. Please call me to adjust holiday nights. Hawaiian taxes for Accommodation, Excise and MCTAT total 17.962%. Minimum age to rent the condo is 25. Check out time is 10:00 am, check in time is 3:00 pm. No pets. $400 security deposit. If no damage, deposit returned 10 days after check-out.

1st payment of 25% is due at time of booking, unless it is a last minute booking (less than 60 days before arrival), then entire amount is due. We have a payment processing company which gives you different options on how you would like to pay. You will see them, when you fill out the booking request or instant quote, at the bottom of the "availability" page.

On a regular booking, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. On a Holiday booking, the balance is due 120 days prior to arrival. We need this much time to rebook if you cancel. Cancelation on a regular booking must be 60 days prior to arrival, and 120 days prior, on a Holiday booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DUE TO OUR CANCELATION POLICIES. IT'S NOT THAT EXPENSIVE TO COVER YOUR TRIP EXPENSES INCASE YOU HAVE TO CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE.

You will be emailed a copy of Diane's Maui Vacation condo's Rental Agreement which needs to be filled out with guest's information, then signed and returned. This is a requirement to stay in the condo. After payment in full, you will be emailed the 5 page "Welcome Information". This will include the combination to the key box located on the condo door, directions from the airport, details on the condo, what is close by, amazing places to visit on our side of the island and lots of helpful information.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
