Please see the "Availability" tab which shows the calendar and our current nightly rates. There are "forward" and "back" arrows at the top of the page to move through the calendar. The rates are less than what we show on our VRBO website ad.  We have deducted the fees they charge. You are saving money vs. booking through them. If you want to book further out than what the calendar shows, please call me.  Maximum total guests are 6 (not including children under 2 years). The nightly rate is based on 4 guests.  There is an extra charge of $15 per guest, per night, for the 5th and 6th guests. No extra charge for children 2 years and under.

Minimum stays vary. You can book just 2 nights.  There is a $305 cleaning fee no matter what the length of the stay. We charge a $49 property fee. Christmas Holiday is a minimum of 14 nights. Dates are flexible. Thanksgiving Holiday is for a minimum of 7 nights. Please call me to adjust holiday nights. Hawaiian taxes for Accommodation, Excise and MCTAT total 17.962%. Minimum age to rent the condo is 25. Check out time is 10:00 am, check in time is 3:00 pm. No pets. $400 security deposit.  Returned 10 days after check-out if no damage to condo.  

1st payment of 25% is due at time of booking, unless it is a last minute booking (less than 60 days before arrival), then entire amount is due. 

On a regular booking, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  On a Holiday booking, the balance is due 120 days prior to arrival.  We need this much time to rebook if you cancel.  Cancelation on a regular booking must be 60 days prior to arrival, and 120 days prior, on a Holiday booking.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DUE TO OUR CANCELATION POLICIES. IT'S NOT THAT EXPENSIVE TO COVER YOUR TRIP EXPENSES INCASE YOU HAVE TO CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE.
